Protect Harbor when it runs on a VPS

No built-in login

Harbor is an operator tool: keep it on localhost, or put your own gate in front (SSH tunnel, IP allowlist, Tailscale, Cloudflare Zero Trust). Securing a remote install is your responsibility.
